Non Executive Directors, Rye Academy Trust
We are seeking to appoint two Non-Executive Directors to the Board of the Rye Academy Trust.
The Vacancies have arisen as a result of a skills analysis and we are seeking candidates who have professional experience with legal and accounting specialisms.
The role of Director for the Academy Trust is unpaid but hugely rewarding for those passionate about education and with a belief in the impact the wider community can make in supporting young people to achieve their potential. The commitment in hours for this role is approximately 8 hours per month with two meetings held per month in the evenings.
Rye Academy Trust manages Rye College and the newly awarded Rye Studio School which will open in September 2013 as a flagship school for 14-19 year olds offering a unique work-based learning provision for the South East.
The Rye Academy Trust seeks applications by letter and an accompanying CV by 14 th January 2013 with short listed candidates to be invited for informal discussions with the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Executive Principal at a mutually convenient time following the closing date.
