Job: Technical and Commercial NEDs
Location: Newcastle
A security and financial transaction Research, Design and Technology business with IP already attached to the brand.
The services and ideologies of the Company are to create, develop and sustain a product delivery that, haven taken a different approach to the mundane market standards, create a exponentially increased security mobile payment application, whilst reducing the technical workload on mobile devices. The good news they have achieved this already!
Now looking to develop a board of Non-Executive Directors who are actively involved with the financial transitions and security industries, ideally both domestically and abroad to ensure the platform IP we have developed is noticed by the relevant people.
The roles they are looking to fill specifically are Technical NED, Commercial NED and where applicable, and if the right person comes along a Chairman to the Company. This will enable the business to be successful and anyone who feels they could step into these shoes will need a strong and proven track record within the relevant sectors and will hopefully have a continued working network relationship with banks and other alternative banking or security firms.
