Job: Variety of Roles
Oxfordshire based company offering privately owned accommodation for short stays in and around major UK events and for peoples personal events: family reunions, anniversaries, celebrations etc. is seeking to develop its business in the newly emerged short stay market.
To complement the existing skills base we need to fulfil the following roles:
Mentor &/or Chairman who has successfully developed (and sold) a B2C online business and who can support us as we seek to raise investment and who can add value to the business as we seek to fulfil our 5 year exit strategy;
Online Marketing and PR specialist who has extensive up to date knowledge to work with us to propel the business forward (raise our ranking and reduce our bounce rate!);
Business development specialist whose responsibility will be to help us grow our 'stock' of self-catering properties (3* accommodation upwards);
Website development specialists who can take our existing website and add smart 'Search' , 'Availability' , 'Pricing' and 'Online Booking' and 'Reference' functionality (like Airbnb and HouseTrip) as well as the technical platform from which we can manage our processes efficiently, effectively and monitor the effectiveness of all our marketing campaigns.;
All roles can be P/T and based from home, although at least once a week we would like the team to be in the office.
Initially remuneration would be in share options and bonus' based on performance and agreed objectives. Once funding is received, contracts of employment or short term contracts will be awarded.
